These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Southwest Survey Engineering, Inc.. They do not govern surveying work we perform for you. That work is governed by the written proposal and contract we sign with you, and if anything here conflicts with that contract, the contract controls.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the Website

You may use this site to learn about our services, review our service area, and contact us about survey work. You agree not to use it to send automated or bulk submissions through the contact form, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure, to interfere with its normal operation, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. The Website Is Not a Survey

This is the most important thing on this page. Nothing on this website is a land survey, a boundary determination, a legal description, an elevation certificate, or professional advice of any kind. Descriptions of our services, county pages, and any maps, images, or general information are provided for orientation only.

Property boundaries, flood zone determinations, and elevation data cannot be established from a website. They require a licensed professional surveyor to perform fieldwork and issue a signed and sealed document. Do not rely on anything here when buying, selling, dividing, building on, insuring, or fencing a property. Engage us, or another licensed surveyor, and obtain a signed survey.

4. Enquiries Do Not Create a Professional Relationship

Submitting the contact form, or speaking with us about a potential project, does not by itself create a client relationship or engage us to perform work. A professional relationship begins only when we have provided a written proposal and you have accepted it in writing. Until then, please do not send us confidential or time-sensitive material through the contact form.

5. Accuracy of Site Content

We try to keep the information on this site current and correct, including our service area, hours, and contact details. We do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate, or up to date at any given moment, and we may change it without notice. 6. Intellectual Property

The content of this site, including text, layout, graphics, and our name and logo, belongs to Southwest Survey Engineering, Inc. or is used with permission.
